SANDAV CONSULTORES S.L., in our activity of „Providing Professional Technical Services in Information Technology; and the systems that support the information necessary for the delivery of services”, we work in the determination to achieve total quality, ensuring the confidentiality, availability and integrity of information.

As a permanent objective with our customers, in addition to aiming to achieve their maximum satisfaction through a quality service, we intend to reinforce their trust by continuously improving the performance of our activity, on time and without errors and always complying with the applicable legal, regulatory and other requirements, ensuring at all times the adequate protection of the information.

By implementing an integrated management system for Quality and Information Security, according to UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013, SANDAV CONSULTORES S.L. aims to enhance the participation of all its employees, making them aware of the importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the objectives of quality and information security.

To ensure quality and safety in the service provided, the Management, together with the managers and employees of SANDAV CONSULTORES S.L. have planned a set of actions and systems that should provide adequate confidence to our customers and are defined below in our Management Policy.

• Promote a process of continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the Quality and Information Security Management System.

• Continuous and personalized customer service, understanding their needs through fluid communication.

• Comply with the requirements of users, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, current legislation and other interested parties.

• Continuously improve our services, making a constant effort to update our knowledge in new areas that allow us to be at the forefront of our industry, thus anticipating the new demands and / or needs of our users.

• To instruct, motivate and involve all personnel in the management and development of the Quality and Information Security Management System, promoting continuous training to ensure a high degree of qualification of our employees.

• Use of new technologies and equipment whenever possible.

• Provide the necessary measures and procedures to protect the confidentiality of information, and the availability and integrity of data.

The Management of SANDAV CONSULTORES S.L. periodically reviews the quality management system and information security to ensure its suitability, adequacy and continued effectiveness.

This review evaluates opportunities for system improvement and process control, and identifies needs for changes to the quality system, including the Quality Policy and Objectives.
